Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using naliacademy.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. About the site

The site presents the programs and services of the National Academy of Leadership & Innovation ("NALI" or "the academy") and lets visitors send enquiries and request brochures.

3. Information, not an offer

Program descriptions, formats, durations and dates on the site are for general information and may change. Nothing on the site is an offer that creates a contract.

Each program is governed by its own enrollment terms, which the academy shares before you or your organization confirm a seat. Those terms take priority over anything on the site.

4. Certificates

Participants who complete a program receive a NALI certificate of completion. Unless a program's enrollment terms state otherwise, these certificates are professional development certificates and are not academic degrees.

5. Intellectual property

The site's content, including text, images, video, the NALI name and logo, the leadership framework and the self-check, belongs to the academy or its licensors.

You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. Any other copying, adaptation or distribution needs the academy's written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, send unlawful or misleading content through its forms, try to access it without authorization or interfere with its operation.

7. Self-check results

The governance self-check gives a general indication based on your own answers. It is not professional advice or a formal board evaluation, and it does not send your answers to the academy.

8. Links to other sites

The site may link to sites run by others. The academy is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

The academy works to keep the site accurate and available but provides it "as is". To the extent the law allows, the academy is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how the academy handles personal data and forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

The academy may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The competent courts in Muscat have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@naliacademy.com.
