Built to prepare the leaders the region needs next
The National Academy of Leadership & Innovation brings executive education to Oman and the Gulf with a clear focus: leaders who decide well and deliver change.
The Gulf is changing fast. Economies are diversifying, new laws are reshaping corporate governance, and AI and sustainability are rewriting how organizations work. Each change places new demands on the people at the top and on those preparing to get there.
The National Academy of Leadership & Innovation was founded in Muscat to meet those demands. The academy offers programs at every level of leadership, from managers stepping into wider roles to directors who answer for a company's future, in three specialisms the region needs most.
The academy keeps its programs close to practice. Faculty are people who have carried the decisions they teach, participants learn on their own organization's real challenges, and every program is measured for the change it produces at work.

Vision
To be the academy that Gulf institutions trust first to prepare their leaders for the decisions ahead.

Integrity
Honest assessment, clear promises and no claims the academy cannot prove.

When I look across Oman and the Gulf, I see institutions with ambitious plans and young people with real ability. What often slows progress is the space between the two: leaders who have not yet had the chance to practise the decisions their roles now demand.
I founded the National Academy of Leadership & Innovation to close that space. The academy's programs are built with people who have led, governed and built organizations in this region, and they ask participants to work on the challenges they face on Monday morning.
My hope is simple. Every leader who passes through the academy should return to their organization able to decide with more clarity, lead with more trust and leave a mark that outlasts their role.
