Overview

Recent years showed how quickly a disruption far away can stop work at home. This program teaches managers to build supply chains that bend without breaking, to cut operating costs and to raise in-country value through local suppliers.

The program fits around full-time work. Participants map a supply chain from their own organization, find its weak points and propose changes that their managers can act on.

Resilient Supply

Mapping risk across suppliers and routes and building in options.

Lean Operations

Cutting waste and cost while keeping quality and safety high.

In-Country Value

Developing local suppliers and meeting in-country value targets.

Green Logistics

Lower-emission transport, packaging and sourcing decisions.

Who should attend

For managers in logistics, procurement, operations and industry.

  • Supply chain and logistics managers
  • Procurement and contracts managers
  • Operations and plant managers
  • In-country value and supplier leads

Usually 5 years of experience or more in operations or supply.
