Overview

Boards rarely get time to think beyond the next quarter. This retreat gives a board two uninterrupted days with expert facilitators to map the geoeconomic forces around its business: trade routes, energy transition, interest rates, sanctions and supply chains.

The board leaves with a set of agreed scenarios, early warning signals and the decisions it would take in each case. NALI prepares the retreat with the chair and the secretary so the discussion fits the company's own exposure.

Geoeconomic Shocks

Trade tensions, sanctions and rate cycles mapped against the business.

Energy Transition

How shifts in energy markets and carbon rules change the board's plans.

Supply Chain Risk

Exposure across suppliers, routes and partners, with options to hedge.

Crisis Readiness

Who decides what, and how fast, when a scenario becomes real.

Who should attend

Delivered to a single board, so the conversation can stay candid and specific.

  • Chairs and full boards of directors
  • Boards of state-owned and investment companies
  • Boards of large family groups
  • Executive committees working with their board

Booked by the chair or the board secretary on behalf of the board.
