Overview

Family groups carry much of the Gulf economy, and many face their first or second handover in the coming years. This masterclass covers the governance that keeps a family united around its business: the family charter, the family office, the board and the separation of ownership from management.

The third day turns to renewal. Next-generation members work on new ventures, digital models and the investment rules that let a family group grow while protecting its core. Private advisory sessions are available for each family during the program.

The Family Charter

Shared values, roles and rules that settle disputes before they start.

Succession Planning

Preparing successors and timing the handover of each leadership role.

Ownership & Control

Separating the family's ownership from the company's management.

New Family Ventures

Governing new investments and digital models without risking the core.

Who should attend

Open to founders, owners and next-generation members, ideally attending together.

  • Founders and owners of family groups
  • Next-generation family members
  • Chairs and members of family councils
  • Heads of family offices

A role in the ownership, governance or management of a family business.

Can an organization nominate several people?

Yes. Organizations can reserve several seats in an open cohort or request a private cohort for their own team.

How are the fees shared?

Fees appear in the program brochure. They depend on the format, the number of seats and any private delivery.
