Overview

Most organizations have tried AI. Fewer have turned it into lower costs or better services. This fellowship closes the gap between technical teams and executives, so leaders can judge use cases, set budgets and manage the risks without becoming engineers.

Fellows work in a hands-on lab with current AI tools and run simulations of real decisions: which process to automate first, how to protect data and how to measure the return. Each fellow leaves with an AI roadmap for their own organization.

AI Value Cases

Spotting where AI cuts cost or lifts service, and where it does not.

Data Governance

Ownership, privacy and security of the data that AI depends on.

AI Risk & Ethics

Bias, errors and accountability when machines inform decisions.

Leading Adoption

Bringing teams through new ways of working with everyday AI tools.

  • CEOs and chief operating officers
  • Heads of digital and transformation
