Overview

The fellowship gathers a small group of senior leaders from government and the private sector for nine months. Fellows study how to align their organizations with national priorities: economic diversification, in-country value, public-private partnerships and foreign investment.

Most of the learning happens between peers. Fellows work through deep cases, test ideas on each other's real challenges and travel together on an international learning journey to study how other countries delivered their transformation.

National Priorities

Diversification, in-country value and the role of each sector in growth.

Partnership Models

How public-private partnerships and joint ventures succeed or stall.

Investment & Deals

Attracting capital, negotiating deals and protecting long-term value.

Leading Change

Moving large organizations through change while keeping their trust.

Who should attend

A selective fellowship. Admission depends on role, record and a panel interview.

  • CEOs and deputy CEOs
  • Directors general and undersecretaries
  • Heads of national programs
  • Leaders of investment and holding companies
