Overview

Good ideas die inside organizations because nobody has the tools or the mandate to test them. This bootcamp gives teams both. Participants learn design thinking, lean experiments and business model design, then use them on a challenge their organization faces.

On the last day, each team pitches its solution to a panel that includes decision makers from the participating organizations. The best ideas leave with a sponsor and a plan for the next ninety days.

Design Thinking

Understanding users and framing the right problem to solve.

Business Models

Designing how a new idea creates, delivers and earns value.

Lean Experiments

Testing ideas cheaply and quickly before large spending.

Pitching Ideas

Making a clear case that decision makers can say yes to.

Who should attend

Best taken as a team of three to five from the same organization.

  • Managers and team leaders
  • Product and service owners
  • Innovation and strategy staff
  • Founders of internal ventures

A real challenge from your organization to work on during the week.
