Omani Women Leadership Fellowship
For women who lead large teams and programs and are ready to shape Oman's next chapter.
Vision 2040 places women's leadership at the heart of Oman's growth. This fellowship prepares women who already lead to take on wider national roles, with a strong grasp of the economy, policy and the sectors that drive diversification.
Each fellow leads a national impact project linked to her organization and to a Vision 2040 priority, supported by personal coaching. The cohort becomes a lasting network of women leaders across government and business.
