Overview

Talented young women often hold back from the next role because of self-doubt rather than skill. This accelerator tackles that head on, with practical work on confidence, strategic thinking, leading teams and presenting ideas.

Participants work in small coaching circles and finish the week by pitching an idea for their organization. Many leave with a mentor, a peer group and a clear plan for their next step.

Strategic Thinking

Seeing the bigger picture and linking work to goals.

Leading Strong Teams

  • Section heads and project leads
